The weather was lovely for our walk up Arthur’s Seat today.  We set of up to Salisbury Crags where we could see wonderful views of Edinburgh.  After walking round the Crags we ascended Arthur’s Seat.

 We split into 2 groups one group went up the path on the left which was a slightly gentler incline, the other group went up to the right which zig zagged up to the top.  Although the walk was busy with lots of walkers we all managed to get to the top. 

 We then came down and went up Crow Hill where we had a snack and drink.  Then we descended down to St Anthony’s Chapel and then down to St Margaret’s Loch where our walk finished.  Some of the group stopped for a pub lunch on the way home.
